Job Description

  • Daily management of social media posts/schedule
  • Review leads to ensure accuracy in source tracking
  • Maintain website updates
  • Work with crews/staff to collect jobsite photos for website and social media posts
  • Send post-job surveys to customers and track results
  • Maintain internal and external referral program
  • Maintain collateral inventory
  • Prepare collateral folders for meetings and events as needed
  • Attend events as needed

Job Requirements

  1. Excellent writing and communication skills
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  3. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  4. Team Player
  5. Some graphics skills a plus

Salary/Benefits

  • Part time: 4-5 hours/day
  •  $14/hour
  • 3 month contract (maternity leave coverage)
