Corefact is seeking a motivated, highly organized and experienced Print Operations Manager to join our team. Our company needs a leader who is committed to constantly improving our output and taking our production department to the next level. Through innovative automation, policies and procedures, you will ensure our production department operates at peak efficiency.

The Print Operations Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and evaluation machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
  • Oversee the production, quality and efficiency of the production department
  • Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
  • Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
  • Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to all employees
  • Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
  • Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
  • Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels
  • Establish maintenance policies. 
  • Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product integrity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management; or 7+ years experience in a production environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years experience in a management capacity
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
  • Ability to coach and mentor employees on an individual and team basis 

Physical requirements for this position:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Working in a warehouse environment
  • Working near running machinery
