You love the real estate business, love those BIG commissions, but sadly they don’t come frequently enough unless you are a Top 1% Producer!

Wouldn’t it be great to be a fully licensed Farmers Agent also, so you can offer your clients additional products which you can earn a residual on?

I bet you didn’t know that fully licensed Farmers Agents can sell over 60 different insurance and financial planning products – that right!  We don’t just sell Auto and Home insurance!

We are currently looking for a few key individuals, like you, who we can place into our “mentoring program” where you can earn a Salary, Commissions and Bonuses! (Yes, all 3! And you can still keep selling real estate!)

Please note, if you already have a license, please let us know, but if not, don’t worry – we will pay for all of your insurance and securities licensing!

Job Requirements

1. Enjoy being an integral part of our high-energy Team!
2. We will mentor you, in our training program and you will take on increasing responsibility for:(If you have some experience here, your input would also be more than welcome…and you would move to the top of our list.)
3. Generate referrals & new Clients….very important.
4. Create & implement community marketing campaigns
5. Develop sales appointments for the agent, thru targeted cold calling
6. Canvass business districts, through our systematic approach
7. Nurture referral sources thru building relationships within key verticals (i.e. Accountants, Banking, Real Estate, etc.)
8. Build our Internet presence on Facebook, Yelp, etc.
9. Locate and arrange for educational seminars by our Agent

Salary/Benefits

• SALARY starting at $10-$15/hour, depending on experience, plus generous BONUS PLANS
• What are the expected work hours?  Full Time / Part Time
• What health and other benefits are being offered?  Ask, depends on placement
• Notes:
• 1st year income potential (Salary + Bonus): up to $35K

  2nd year income potential (Salary + Bonus): up to $45K

  3rd year income potential (Salary + Bonus) up to…. MUCH More (a good Six-Figure Income is attainable!)
